Be realistic about old claims
Payers set time limits for filing and appeals. Some old claims can't be recovered no matter who works them. We'll tell you which are worth chasing before we start, so there are no surprises.
Do I have to switch billers?
No. Many groups start with a recovery project and decide later whether to move their ongoing billing.
