FAQ
Questions groups ask us
Straight answers about pricing, switching, data and how we work.
How do you charge?
A percentage of what we collect for you, agreed up front. There are no hidden setup fees. Old claims recovery is charged as a share of what we recover.
Will switching billers interrupt our cash flow?
No. We plan the handover with you and your current biller so claims keep going out and older claims keep being worked during the transition.
How long does onboarding take?
Most groups are fully live within about a month. Payer enrollment for brand-new groups can take longer, and we start it as early as possible.
Who receives the payments?
You do. Payments go directly into your group's own bank account. We never hold your money.
Who owns our data?
You do. If you ever leave, we hand over your data and help with the transition.
How do you protect patient information?
We sign a business associate agreement with every client, limit access to the people who need it, and keep an audit trail of who touched what.
Do you use AI or offshore staff?
We use software to check and prepare claims, and experienced coders review the work. Some routine work is done by our trained team outside the US, under the same privacy controls, and only where your contract allows it.
Which states do you serve?
We are starting with Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Ohio, and can work with groups in other states. Billing is done remotely.
How long is the contract?
Typically one year, renewing automatically, with notice to leave. We would rather keep you by doing good work than by locking you in.
