How to use it
Medicare counts time in fractions of a unit, which is what this calculator does. Some commercial payers round up or down to whole units, so your contract may differ. Medicare doesn't pay modifying units, so set them to zero for Medicare cases. The conversion factor is an example. Use your payer's actual rate.
