Have these ready
- State RN and APRN licences, and any controlled substance registrations
- DEA registration, if you prescribe or administer controlled substances
- NBCRNA certification and recertification dates
- Individual NPI, and your group's NPI
- Malpractice insurance certificate and claims history
- CV with work history and explanations for any gaps
- Education and training records
- CAQH profile, completed and attested
- Tax ID and bank details for the group
Keep it current
Licences, certifications, insurance and CAQH attestations all expire. Track every date. A lapse can mean denied claims you can't recover.
