Simple, aligned pricing. We earn a percentage of what we collect for you, so our incentive is the same as yours.
Ongoing billing
A percentage of collections
One rate covering coding, claims, denials, payment posting, reporting and your quarterly review. We quote it after your free billing review, based on your volume and payer mix.

Old claims recovery
Contingency only
We charge a share of what we recover from past underpayments and denials. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing.
New groups
Setup support
For CRNAs starting a new group, we quote enrollment and setup support separately, then move to the standard percentage once claims begin.
Contract
Fair terms
Typically one year, renewing automatically, with notice to leave. You own your data and we help with any transition.
