Titrate Revenue, Inc. ("we", "us") is a Delaware corporation that provides billing services to anesthesia groups. This policy covers information collected through titraterevenue.com. Questions? Email hello@titraterevenue.com.
Patient information is handled separately
Please don't send patient information through this website. When we work with a client, any patient information we handle is covered by a business associate agreement and by HIPAA. This policy doesn't apply to that information.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, practice, email, state, group size and any message you send through a form, and your email address if you subscribe to updates or download a resource.
- Usage information: we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, such as pages visited, device type, referring site and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block them in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on. We never send patient information to analytics.
- Calculators: our calculators run in your browser. The numbers you enter aren't sent to us.
How we use it

- To meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you, such as our hosting, form and email providers, under agreements that limit how they use it. We may also share it if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email. You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing hello@titraterevenue.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we'll honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website is completely secure, which is one more reason not to send patient information through a form.
Children
This site is for healthcare businesses and isn't directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
