- Collections this month vs last month and last year
- Net collection rate
- Days in A/R
- Denial rate and top denial reasons
- Charge lag (days from case to claim)
A/R
- Share of A/R over 90 days, and whether it's growing
- Largest unpaid claims and why they're unpaid
- Slowest payers
Payments
- Revenue per unit by payer
- Any payer paying below contract
- Secondary balances billed

- What changed this month, and why?
- Which payer policies changed?
- What will you fix next month?
