What is your CRNA group worth?

If you're thinking about selling your group, or bringing in a partner, here's how buyers tend to think about value.

What buyers look at

  • Profit after paying providers fairly. A group where owners take all the profit as pay may have little left for a buyer.
  • Contracts. Long, exclusive contracts with facilities are worth more than handshake deals.
  • Concentration. If one surgery center is most of your work, that's a risk.
  • People. Will the providers stay after a sale?
  • Billing and records. Clean data makes everything easier.

Who buys

Larger anesthesia groups, management companies and private equity-backed platforms. Some buy for scale, some for specific markets.

Get clean numbers first

Good billing data, collections by facility and payer, is the foundation of any valuation. If your reports can't show it, fix that before you talk to buyers.
